With the DNA of a world traveler, Williams was born and raised in Hong Kong. He has ventured into the jungles of the Amazon, bush of Africa, and the slums of the Far East. His global travels have submerged him in a myriad of cultures, providing him with a diverse perspective that inspires his creativity and storytelling for FS in-house projects and the clients they serve. By using his experience and expertise, along with a team of creatives, Williams is broadening FS from solely being involved in the entertainment space to help growing brands, nonprofits, startups, and storytellers communicate their message to the world.

Williams is not only sparked by the creative process, but his previous background as a GM/COO for an entertainment company in Hollywood, CA, has reinforced an understanding that content strategy, design, marketing, promotion, and branding must affect the bottom line success for any business. In his position as GM/COO, Williams worked alongside industry partners in launching the company through establishing and managing aspects of the business including overseeing staff, creating and managing an annual multi-million dollar operational budget, interacting with recording artists and talent, participating in negotiating business deals including a Joint Venture with Interscope/Geffen Records, working alongside the promotional team in marketing efforts in 350 markets with artists charting on Billboard, as well as managing cutting-edge recording studios, rehearsal facility, and company headquarters.

As an executive producer and director he has produced over 500 episodes of broadcast television syndicated worldwide. His ability to manage projects from original concept to finished programming/product has fueled the success of FS. He has worked in conjunction with production staffs, guests, talent, as well as being in charge of pre-production, budgets, location scouting, producing and directing on location, post-production and distribution of content to various networks and platforms. He has worked alongside his clients and team to develop shows with Vimby (A Mark Burnett Company at the time) and Walmart, as well as creating, developing, and pitching over a dozen original content shows, both scripted and unscripted, to major television networks and studios.

As a published author, Williams captured the attention of entertainment and publishing veterans through his series of novels receiving stellar reviews from Judith McCreary (Co-EP, Law & Order: SVU, Criminal Minds, and CSI), Peter Anderson (Oscar Winner), and the most trusted voice in book discovery, Kirkus Reviews. His novels have ranked in the Top 30 on Amazon Hot New Releases, and his latest is under consideration for optioning by Hollywood studios who are producing today's blockbuster franchises. Along with continuing to build the clientele for FS, he is passionate about helping authors develop their stories and brand.

Williams lives in Los Angeles with his wife.
